Letter From God

“The way is plain and simple… Nephi shows us this, that in the wilderness, to be guided by the Liahona, they simply had to obey and have faith… in Jacob 4:10-11 it speaks of Christ’s Atonement and the resurrection, yet Jacob 4:14, the people didn’t like how plain and easy the way was. They were too proud to turn to the Savior and take His hand. We see this also with Moses and the poisonous serpents, in Heleman 8:15, it talks of how they simply had to turn and look, and they would be healed and live, yet many did not look because of their pride and the simpleness of the way, and they died. We need to turn to the Savior physically and spiritually. All we need is to look and to live. He will heal us, he will help us. He is always there for us. Simply look to Him, follow Him, and you will be saved.”

A letter from God:
“Dearest Brooke,
No mistake is too much to repent of or be forgiven of. I Love You and I know who you really are. Life is hard, we all mess up, yet I gave My Only Begotten so that when you do mess up, you can repent and be made pure through His Atonement. I have forgiven you, I pray that you will find the courage to move on and forgive yourself. Remember all you have learned, but don’t let it hold you back. You have the light of Christ. Share it, be an example. Arise and Shine Forth.

“…I felt lost, I felt alone, yet once I turned to Christ and used the power of His everlasting Atonement… I was healed. I was comforted, I was blessed, I was not alone, and I felt forgiven. My Savior was there with me, every step of the way. I testify that He knows you individually. He knows your pains and sorrows, and he understands you more deeply than anyone else ever could. He is your source of comfort and light. My favorite song lyrics are: “Pray, He is there. Speak, He is listening. You are His child, His love now surrounds you. He hears your prayers, He loves the children.” I know that this song is mainly about Heavenly Father, but I deeply testify and know that they are just as valid and true for Jesus Christ, our Savior as well. If you or I or anyone in this world reaches out their hand, He will be there and He will take it.”

Brooke’s prayer to God:
“I love my family and the gospel more than words can describe. I pray Heavenly Father, let all of us live long, healthy lives. Watch over us, protect us wherever we may go. Deliver us from the bonds of temptation and sin. Bring us tightly together so that we may never let go. Let your bowels of mercy and love come down upon us as we worship Thee. Please, bless my family with health, strength, and safety.
In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.”
